Kate Upton, The Girl With A Face "Anyone" Can Buy, Is Model of the Year

Kate Upton has been named model of the year and will pick up the prize at the 10th annual Style Awards that kicks off New York Fashion Week on Wednesday (September 4, 2013), according to the Los Angeles Times.

The 21-year-old rose to fame as the buxom bombshell with the icy blue eyes, though has been turning heads in the high-fashion world too, gracing the cover of American Vogue as well as Elle and now Vanity Fair's 100th anniversary issue.

The decision to have her on the cover of the fashion bible made headlines worldwide and left Victoria's Secret red-faced. The company's stylist Sophie Neophitou had previously spoken out about the American model, saying she was "too obvious" a choice to appear in the annual catwalk event.

"We would never use [Upton]. She's like a Page 3 girl," she told the New York Times. "She's like a footballer's wife, with the too-blonde hair and that kind of face that anyone with enough money can go out and buy." However, the tide soon turned and Upton was furious when Victoria's Secret used images of her in one of its catalogues.

Aversion to Upton's dinstinct style was commonplace during her rise up the fashion ladder. During an interview with Vanity Fair, the model recalled, "I'm not going to name names, but one agency told me, 'You're too American, and everybody knows American women are lazy. I was so offended! I've never been so offended! I was like, 'You know that you're in America, right?' And it wasn't 'American models' - it was 'American women are lazy,' period! I feel like a lot of women would disagree with that. A lot!"

The biannual fashion magazine might be a little off the mark timing-wise, but Roitfeld is cleverly marketing the shots as “precious moment of Kim’s pregnancy that people haven’t seen” — and the ideal tribute to the issue’s theme of hope. “Pregnancy is something that I always love. It’s about hope and the future and a new baby,” she explained, via Women’s Wear Daily.

Wiz Khalifa Collaborates With Adele And Miley Cyrus For New Album

Rapper Wiz Khalifa has teamed up with Miley Cyrus and Adele in the studio.

The Black and Yellow hitmaker will release Blacc Hollywood later this year (13) and has enlisted some big names for the record, but none of the songs have been cleared yet.

He says, "I got a lot of guest appearances that I've already done, but none of them have been cleared for the album yet. I got songs with Miley (Cyrus), I got songs with Adele."

Wiz Khalifa has also revealed he wanted to collaborate with Lady Gaga, but has had a hard time linking up with the pop superstar.

He continues, "I want to do something with her really bad."

Alison Pill: 'Topless Tweet Haunted Me For Months'

Actress Alison Pill is still cringing about her accidental topless tweet and she's convinced everyone she meets has seen the photo of her boobs.

The Newsroom star stunned her thousands of followers last September (12) when she uploaded a candid snap meant for her then-fiance Jay Baruchel to her page on the social networking site.

Pill, who is no longer engaged to funnyman Baruchel, has now opened up about her naked photo shame.

She tells U.S. talk show host Conan O'Brien, "I had one of these pictures on my phone because I had been away from my, at the time, fiance... I'm still trying to understand what happened. It's a fascinating story, involving not knowing that my new BlackBerry had a touch screen and responding to somebody on Twitter like, 'Oh yeah, New York was great, it's 9.30 on a Wednesday, also, apropos of nothing, here are my boobs!' It's a dumb thing to do, I suppose."

And the 27 year old admits the embarrassing moment haunted her for months afterward: "Anytime I met a new person I (kept thinking), 'Boobs! Nice to meet you, you've seen my boobs.'"

Pill and Baruchel were planning to marry last year (12), but the Canadian couple called off the wedding amid reports the long-distance relationship was too difficult to manage.

Jack Nicholson To Retire From Acting Due To Memory Loss

Jack Nicholson will no longer be appear on the big screen as the movie legend is set to retire from acting for good, a report from Radar Online has revealed. With more that half a century worth of work the triple Oscar winner has quietly retreated from the movie industry for good, due mostly to his failing memory and certain health concerns related to his old age.

Having shied away from any roles since 2010's How Do You Know, it has been revealed that his retreat from acting is down to his decision to call time on his profession and enjoy his retirement. A Hollywood insider told Radar, “Jack has — without fanfare — retired,” adding, "There is a simple reason behind his decision — it’s memory loss. Quite frankly, at 76, Jack has memory issues and can no longer remember the lines being asked of him. His memory isn’t what it used to be.”

Although there has been no word from the acting legend himself about his supposed career move, his absence from Hollywood movie sets of late has been a telling sign that his career in front of the camera is coming to an end. He was recently approached to play the lead in the upcoming film Nebraska, but ultimately told producers that he had no interest in appearing on film any time soon. He may not be acting anymore, but that doesn't mean he will become a hermit and go into hiding though, which is great news because it could spell more moments like this run in with Jennifer Lawrence at the 2013 Oscars.

Rachel Zoe can't wait for new baby to arrive

Rachel Zoe is ''beyond excited'' to be expecting her second child.

The fashion designer and celebrity stylist - who already has a two-year-old son, Skyler, with her husband of seven years Rodger Berman - has officially confirmed she is pregnant again.

The 42-year-old reality TV star wrote on her website on Tuesday (03.09.13): ''Rodger, Skyler and I hope that everyone had an amazing summer! Before we head into the chaos of fashion season, we wanted to take a moment to OFFICIALLY confirm that we are expecting another child.''

She added: ''We are beyond excited for Skyler to have a sibling and for us to fall in love all over again. We feel incredibly blessed. Thank you all for your constant love and support of our family.''

News that the petite blonde was expecting another baby first began circulating in June.

Rachel previously said her husband finds it funny that she is now more interested in her son's clothes than her own.

She said: ''Oh my God, my husband laughs at me because I spend more time in his closet in the morning than I do in my own. And, you know, it's incredibly fun. It's like having a live doll. And he loves it.

''Right now, he loves getting dressed. At some point, I'm sure in a year, he's gonna hate everything I show him and just wanna wear, like, soccer uniforms or something.
